Dr Sharma currently serves as Director – Urology & Kidney Transplant Program (KTP) at Paras Health, Gurugram.
Over the course of his distinguished career, Dr Sharma has played a pivotal role in developing and strengthening urology and kidney transplant services across leading healthcare institutions in North India. He has successfully established kidney transplant programs at multiple hospitals and is recognized as a pioneer in introducing retroperitoneoscopic donor nephrectomy techniques in the region, helping improve surgical outcomes and donor recovery. Before joining Paras Health, Dr Sharma held the position of Director & Head of Department – Urology & Kidney Transplant at Sanar International Hospital, Gurugram.
In addition to his clinical contributions, Dr Sharma has authored numerous national and international publications and regularly participates in academic conferences and medical forums, contributing to the advancement of urological and transplant medicine in India.
