Jayanti Joshi is a certified Yoga Instructor and Holistic Health Coach with over 7 years of experience in guiding individuals toward balanced well-being. She blends traditional yogic wisdom with therapeutic and lifestyle-based practices to support physical, mental, and emotional health.
A 200-hour and 300-hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher from Arogya Yogshala, she is also a YCB Level-2 Wellness Instructor and currently pursuing her Master’s in Yoga. Jayanti has worked extensively in elder care and rehabilitation , with a special focus on Alzheimer’s and dementia support.
At VataVriksh Parent Care, she leads specialized sessions using chair yoga, mindful movement, breathwork, mantra chanting, and memory-enhancing activities such as guided visualization, rhythmic hand-body coordination, storytelling, and sensory recall techniques—all thoughtfully designed to engage and support those with memory loss.
With a warm and empathetic approach, Jayanti believes that true healing happens when the mind, body, and spirit are in harmony.
