Importance of Good Nutrition in the Elderly Parents (Seniors)

Nourishing the Golden Years of life

As we age, our bodies experience changes in metabolism, appetite, and nutrient absorption. For individuals at 60 years and above, nutrition becomes a key player in maintaining strength, immunity, and independence.

At VataVriksh Parent Care, Gurugram, we ensure every meal not only nourishes the body but also brings comfort, care, and dignity.

Why Good Nutrition Matters in Older Adults

  • Supports bone & joint health
  • Boosts immunity & fights infections
  • Improves digestion & prevents constipation
