From New Guest to Family Member: My Journey at VataVriksh Parent Care

I felt myself proud enough on the day (Oct 10th, 2025) where I was garlanded and welcomed by the Vata Vriksh family members as a new guest that was really a big opportunity in a entirely a new atmosphere. I am grateful to the Management & happy to note that I could solve it.

Independent living was not a new assignment for me as I have already spent 4 years as college hostel life under Technical University Academic Programme where outdoor activities were more challenging, competitive & faced it boldly and rewarded too. Of course, the situation here is somewhat different as I find myself alone as independent living but did not feel any difficulty & adjusted in accordance with my own initiative. The rest of my fellow residents are mostly Dementia people and interaction with them is not feasible. However, I have every respect/sympathy with them and pray almighty for their early recovery.

Activities/light exercises by a trained yoga teacher & efforts are being made in the light of recall their memories are also praiseworthy/maintainable. It helps us to refresh our lifecycle. I feel myself as gainers longevity for life.

Management and staffs are very cordial & helping nature in every respect. Here, I will not overlook to mention that assessed Smt. Sunita is one of the best co-ordinators, who treat elderly to their greater satisfaction & seems far reaching consequence. Her behaviour is outstanding & she deserves all credit. In fact, it also inspires me to continue further here.

Altogether healthy atmosphere is prevailing. Also living condition is better. I am totally impressed & feel like homely environment. Thankful to the management.

With best regards,
Ram Bahadur Singh
